Food can transmit pathogens that result in the illness or death of people or other animals. Food poisoning is one of the most common problems. Poor storage of food or neglect of personal hygiene can lead to bacterial contamination to food, which results in food poisoning.
Changhua County public Health Bureau introduced the following 5 Keys to food safety.
Five keys to safer food preparation:
1. Keep hand clean.
2. Separate raw and cooked foods.
3. Cook food thoroughly.
4. Store food at safe temperatures.
5. Use clean water and raw materials.
